RAMADAN FIESTA:
RECIPE NO.:2 Chicken Mayo Garlic Bread Roll
INGREDIENTS:
- Chicken 250 grams(boneless optional)
- Water 2 cups
- Black pepper 1 teaspoon
- Hot Sauce or Chilli Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Salt as required
- Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 2 cups
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Bread 14 pieces(fresh)
- Oil for frying
FOR COATING:
- Eggs
- Breadcrumbs
DIRECTIONS:
- Take a pan , add chicken , water , black pepper ,vinegar, salt and hot sauce in it and cook it until the water has been totally absorbed by the chicken.
- Take the boiled chicken and garlic cloves add them into a chopper and chop it (but remember don't make it a minced chop).
- Take a bowl add the chopped chicken and mayonnaise then mix it well.
- Slowly Flatten the bread (i flatten it with rolling pin) take fresh bread otherwise it will be teared when flatten, put 1 tablespoon mixture of chicken in it roll it up and then coat it with first egg and then breadcrumbs. repeat this step until your mixture got finished :p
- Put the oil on medium or at a bit high flame , And fry these bread rolls in it . Enjoy it with your favorite sauces . We love to have it with Chilli Garlic Sauce :)
