RAMADAN FIESTA
RECIPE NO.: 1 Potato Pakaro
INGREDIENTS:
- Gram flour (besan) 1 1/2 cup
- Potatoes 2 medium size
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
- Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- Oil for frying
DIRECTIONS:
- cut potatoes into thin round shape
- mix gram flour, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and baking powder in a bowl
- now slowing add water and turn it to a paste (make sure not very thick nor too watery )
- dip the potato slice into the mixture and deep fry on a low/medium flame so that it cook perfectly.
Sprinkle some chaat masala, serve with chilli garlic sauce, there you go your potato pakaro is ready to be serve to your love ones for iftari :)
