RAMADAN FIESTA
RECIPE NO.:5 CHILLOS
INGREDIENTS:
- Green Chillies 8 large
- chicken mince 250g
- minced garlic cloves 4 medium
- refined flour 3 tablespoon
- cheddar cheese shredded 6-7 tablespoon
- mozzarella cheese shredded 6-7 tablespoon
- milk 1-1/2 cup
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- oil 4 tablespoon+for frying
FOR COATING:
- breadcrumbs
- egg
DIRECTION:
- on a medium high flame, add oil and garlic. cook it for a minute or 2 or until the garlic slightly changes it color.
- add minced chicken to it and cook it for 5 or 6 minutes.
- add refined flour to the chicken ;stir for about 2 to 3 minutes.
- slowly add milk and stir it constantly in order to avoid any lumps.
- when the mixture start to thicken slightly, add chedder and mozzarella to it ( you can be generous with your cheese in case you want it to be very cheesy ;) ) .
- season the sauce with some pepper and salt. and you sauce is done!
- make a cut in the middle of each chilli as shown in picture.
8.fill the chillies with the cheese sauce around 2 tablespoon in each ( you can make variation in the amount of filling u want to add in the chillies)
