A treat at Genova :)

Hi everybody, we hope that you all liked our previous cheese stuffed chicken and we wish that all cheese lover's and foodie's out there tried that out . Now today we decided to give you our review and experiencing of some amazing food present out here.

Few weeks back one of our friend took us to Club Genova located at Khayaban_e_Seher in Karachi for the birthday treat. After reaching at Club Genova we all settle down ourselves and just handed over with a menu card , which was all filled up with different types of delicious dishes . There was portions in it like Burgers, Pasta's , Steaks , Desserts etc

So, we decided to order from burgers corner, and there was one name where our eyes got stuck and we make our mind to order that and it was Cordon Bleu Burger  . It was an amazing dish we had there, order it with a side line that was optional for us so we got that up with baked fries . It was really delicious and so tempting . Basically it has crispy fried boneless piece of chicken with some seasoning and at the top of that crispy fried chicken there was so yummy creamy , cheesy sauce with onions , cucumber and lettuce . It was packed up in very long and wide burger bun which was baked with black olives on it which looks so good and gives a feeling to just quickly have a bite of it .

My other two friends just ordered Western Beef Burger , one ordered it with cheese as she is a cheese lover. It was a type of normal burger, nothing was extraordinary about it. It was a Burger Bun filled with grilled beef patty with cheese and lettuce. It was represented with sideline that was fries and a little amount of coleslaw. It was an average dish in our friend's view and sadly it was .

The one who took us for the treat order from steak corner in the menu card. She ordered American Beef Steak. It was a grilled fillet of beef with some seasoning of spices and garlic. The steak was so overly full done. It seems a bit chewy which i don't like in a steak. It was having that sizzling noise when it was served. Steak was covered with the serving of caramelized onion , some sauteed vegetables  (carrot and capsicum) , fried egg and fries which was in my opinion was too over loaded to recognize the real and tempting flavor of steak.

Now , I will come too the best dish we had there and it was so scrumptious and totally a ravishing dish. That dish was Rosemary Chicken . Ahh! when i think of it my stomach start craving for it. I really wanted to try that dish again and again. It was so delicious and mouthwatering. Basically It was a crispy fried boneless piece of chicken accompanied with some creamy , cheesy sauce having black olives, rosemary and capsicum in it. It was served with some sauteed vegetables and sideline that was baked fries (optional). The empowering flavor of rosemary just took that taste of dish to another level.

Last but not the least , the cocktails we had there was cherry on the top. The cocktails were tremendous and so chilled. The cocktails we ordered were Blueberry Margarita and Peech Daiquiris.

Cheese Stuffed Chicken !

Stuffed Cheese Chicken is a very simple recipe to follow, its so yummy and appealing so you must try out. its really attractive for the cheese lovers and packed with full of flavors .


INGREDIENTS:


  • 2 Chicken Breast fillet
  • 5 table spoon of Mozzarella Cheese (Shredded)
  • 5 table spoon of Cheddar Cheese (Shredded)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • Pinch of Red Chilli Powder
  • Salt as required
  • Black pepper to taste

                                                                                         

For Coating:


  • 1 Eggs
  • 2 Breads for Breadcrumbs
  • Oil for frying

DIRECTIONS:


           Hammered the chicken evenly, season it with salt and pepper, Now, in a separate bowl mix the cheeses and put all the spices in it. Now stuffed the Chicken fillet with cheese mixture and roll it then coat it with egg then breadcrumbs , put double coat of egg and breadcrumbs on fillet . Fry it on a low flame and in the end Garnish it with some coriander and serve it with any of your favorite sauce and enjoy it :)
