Murgh Paneer Handi !


INGREDIENTS:


  • Chicken : 500 gm                     
  • Oil : 1/2 cup
  • Onion Paste : 3/4 cup
  • Ginger  Paste;  1 tablespoon 
  • Garlic Paste : 1 tablespoon 
  • Yogurt (beaten) : 1.5 cup
  • Black Pepper Powder : 1  teaspoon
  • Salt : 1 teaspoon 
  • Red Chili Paste : 4 tablespoons
  • Peanut Paste : 1 & 1/2 tablespoons
  • Cheddar Cheese (grated) : 6 tablespoons
  • Fresh Cream : 3/4 cup
  • Peanuts for garnish
  • Green Chili for garnish

Heart Shaped Chocolate Cake With Strawberry And Chocolate Sauce !


INGREDIENTS:



  • 1 Cup All-purpose Flour
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Cup of Caster Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
  • 3/4 Cup of Cooking Oil or Butter or else
  • 3 Tablespoon of Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Coffee
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 drops of Vanilla Essence
  • A heart shaped Cake tin or any other normal Cake tin. (its optional)

 STRAWBERRY SAUCE:


  • 8 Fresh Strawberries (Paste of Strawberries)
  • 3 Tablespoon of Caster Sugar

CHOCOLATE SAUCE:


  • 1/2 Cup of Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 Cup of Sugar ( Caster or Normal Optional)
  • 1/2 Cup of Water

DIRECTION:


  1. First take a bowl add flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda mix it all and put it aside.
  2. Then take another bowl beat eggs until it gets fluffy and creamy. After that add oil and caster sugar in the beaten eggs and beat it again until it gets creamy and all the ingredients mixed properly.
  3. Afterwards add that mixture of flour which we made in previous step(step 1) in the creamy mixture of beaten eggs ,oil and sugar. mix it up and beat it for a while.
  4. Then add vanilla essence and milk in the batter and beat it again for a while until all the ingredients mixed up properly and it turned out into a creamy , runny and smooth batter.
  5. Grease the Cake Tin (pan) with oil and then put butter paper at the bottom then again Greased it with oil and spread some flour on it. 
  6. After that Put the smooth cake Batter in a greased cake tin(pan) , tap the tin on any surface to make batter bubble (air) free. 
  7. When the cake is baked allow it to cool down , after that spread over the chocolate sauce on the  top of the cake. put strawberries on the chocolate sauce for the decoration and serve it with strawberry sauce.

I Baked the Cake on a Stove. I make my own Stove oven by putting a very big and deep Pan or Skillet on the stove with the Lid on at low flame for about 20 minutes before baking start. After 20 minutes I put up the Batter filled Cake tin in that preheated pan or skillet and make it bake for at-least 1 hour 20 minutes on low flame check it with any pointed thing available or with a knife, by putting the knife in a batter if the knife comes out clean it means the cake is baked but if the knife have some particles on it then it will take a bit more time to cook . Make sure that the surface of the Cake tin does not the touch the surface of the Heated pan or skillet. Put any lid or any other thing which will not connect the surface of the Baking Pan or Cake tin directly to the surface of the heated pan or skillet.


For the Chocolate Sauce:


  • Add all the ingredients (cocoa powder,sugar and water) in a pan put it on a medium flame , mix all the ingredients and cook until it get at your required consistency which in medium not very thick and not very thin.  

For Strawberry Sauce:

  • Add the paste of strawberries and caster sugar in a pan cook it until the ingredients got mixes up properly and it comes to runny and bit thick consistency.

Greased Cake tin with butter paper at the bottom.


That shows the consistency of the batter. Pour it in the Cake tin.


After Pouring the Batter in the cake tin , tap that cake tin at your table to get it settled and bubbles free.


After Baking is done. the cake will look like that.

Creamy Makhni Chicken Handi !

INGREDIENTS:


  • 1 Kg Chicken (boneless)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 4 medium size onion's (chopped)
  • 6 medium size tomatoes (peeled off and chopped)
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Chillies
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala 
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1 cup cream
  • Freshly Chopped green coriander
  • 6 tablespoon of Oil
  • 1/2 kg yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon of Garlic Ginger paste ( or 1/2 teaspoon of Ginger paste and 1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Paste)
  • Julienned Ginger ( for garnishing)

DIRECTIONS:


  1. First marinate chicken with yogurt , ginger and garlic paste, red chilli powder, chaat masla , turmeric powder and refrigerate it for 1 hour.
  2. Take a pan, put it on medium flame, add 1 tablespoon of butter, onions and tomatoes. Saute it until both of the ingredients get soft.
  3. After that take the pan off from the flame and blend the saute tomatoes and onions into a smooth paste.
  4. Now put the Pan or Handi on a high flame and add oil. When the oil is hot put the marinated chicken and fry it until the chicken gets juicy and cooked.Then, add crushed red chillies, garam masala, salt , tomatoes and onion  paste( which we made in pervious step ) in cooked chicken.
  5. Then cook it until the dish releases a bit of oil.
  6. After that put cream in it and mix it all. turn off the flame and put 1 tablespoon of butter on it.
  7. Garnish it with Ginger , Butter and Freshly chopped green coriander. 
  8. Server it with hot Naan , Sheermal , Tandoori roti or any thing you all like to have with it.
