Cheese Chicken Chunks Pasta

PASTA WEEK RECIPE 4

CHEESE AND CHUNKS PASTA


Pasta is the most easiest and quickest dish to cook. We both love experimenting our sense of flavor and taste on pasta. So the cheese and chunk pasta is an innovation by the combination of different idea or way of cooking pasta dishes. Fortunately it turned out pretty yum so we decided to share it with all the foodies out there.





INGREDIENTS:



  • Onion     1 medium sized(chopped)
  • Tomatoes 2 medium sized(crushed)
  • Ginger and Garlic Paste 1/2 teaspoon(you can also use chopped)
  • Salt                             As required
  • Crushed Red pepper     1/2 teaspoon 
  • Coriander Powder        1/2 teaspoon
  • Readymade Chicken Chunks (K&N's chicken tikka) but its optional you can make your own chicken chunks (described in directions)
  • Chicken Cube or Chicken Powder       1 cube or  1 teaspoon
  • Chilli Sauce                                          1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar                                                 1 teaspoon
  • Soya Sauce                                           1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil                                                         2 tablespoon
  • Cheddar Cheese                                    1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese                               1/2 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese(optional)      3 tablespoon
  • Pasta ( I used Fusilli its optinal you can use any)      200grams

DIRECTIONS:


  1. Take a pan, put on medium flame . Add oil and onion in the pan and sauteed it.
  2. When onion soften up , add ginger and garlic paste or chopped in the to it and stir it up.
  3. After that add crushed tomatoes and mix it all up.
  4. When Tomatoes soften's up then add salt , red pepper, coriander powder, chicken cube or powder and mix it all up .
  5. Then Add Chilli sauce, chicken chunks, vinegar and soya sauce and mix it all up .
  6. After that sauce has been prepared add pasta in that chunks sauce and mix it all up.
  7. Then take a bowl and make layers by putting mixed sauce pasta on the bottom , and on that put some cheddar and mozzarella cheese and again add a layer of mixed sauce pasta and put rest of the mozzarella , cheddar and parmesan cheese and on the top put some breadcrumbs .
  8. After settling all the layers put pasta dish in to the microwave oven for maximum 5 min.
  9. Your Pasta is ready to eat and serve it with mint leaves on it.


For Homemade Chicken Chunks:


Take 1/2 Kg of boneless chicken(cut it in cubes) , marinate it with salt(as required), red pepper(1 teaspoon or as per your flavor),ginger garlic paste(1 teaspoon) and any of the tikka masala(1 teaspoon) available (if not then don't bother its not necessary ) then leave it for half an hour and after that take Chicken pieces and coat it with egg and breadcrumbs afterward take an oil in a pan and deep fry it on a medium flame till it get cooked properly and crispy. Your Chunks are ready enjoy. :)
You can use Chunks in any other recipe too.
